Is it possible to store my bike/e-bike in a lockable room?

Yes, you have the option of storing your bike in lockable rooms at every facility.

Is it possible to rent a bike?

You are welcome to hire e-bikes by prior arrangement and at an extra charge.

Does the Kracher Hotel offer free parking?

Yes, you can park free of charge in every facility

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?

A charging station for electric cars is available at the Kracher Guesthouse (7142 Illmitz, Angergasse 20).

Is the Kracher Hotel dog-friendly?

Yes, dogs are also welcome with advance notice and for a fee.

Is there WLAN in the Kracher Hotel?

Can I book online at the Kracher Hotel?

Where is the Kracher Hotel located?

The Kracher Hotel is located in Seewinkel in Burgenland, close to the Lake Neusiedl National Park and just a few minutes' walk from the Kracher winery.

Is the Burgenland Card included?

Yes, you have the option of storing your bike in lockable rooms at every facility.

What cancellation conditions apply at the Kracher Hotels?

Cancellation conditions for individual bookings

Up to 14 days before the day of arrival: Cancellation free of charge.
From 13 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation conditions for group bookings

Group bookings are bookings of 10 rooms or more.
Up to 60 days before the day of arrival: Cancellation free of charge for the whole group.
Up to 14 days before the day of arrival: free cancellation for up to 4 rooms possible.
From 13 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee

Information

A large, regional breakfast buffet is available for you every day from 8:00-10:00 am.

You are welcome to hire an e-bike on site for € 25 per day.

A private pool and sauna are available from 1 May to 1 September. A fitness room is also available.

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to the Kracher Guesthouse. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the breakfast area and in the wellness & SPA area. We charge € 10,- per pet per night without food.
